To ensure accurate scheduling and fair pricing, our quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking. If our cleaner arrives and the condition of the home is significantly worse than described (e.g., excessive buildup, debris, or other factors requiring more time and effort), we may need to adjust the quote accordingly.
If the client chooses not to proceed with the revised quote due to the additional time or cost required, a $79 cancellation fee will apply to compensate for the cleaner’s time and travel. This policy helps us protect our team’s time and ensure fair compensation for unexpected work.
