Our cleaners are committed to delivering exceptional service, but there are certain limitations we need to make you aware of to ensure safety, quality, and liability considerations are always met. If you’re uncertain about any of the services listed below, please feel free to contact us for clarification.
- No services during other ongoing work: We cannot perform cleaning services while other tasks (e.g., plumbing, painting, construction) are being carried out in or around your home.
- No heavy lifting or moving: We are unable to move large items such as refrigerators, stoves, tables, etc.
- No handling of delicate items: We cannot move vases, hung pictures, or other fragile items.
- Dishwasher assistance: We are happy to load your dishwasher, but we cannot put dishes back into cupboards once the cleaning is complete, to avoid breakage.
- Access limitations: We cannot clean areas or items that are out of reach with telescopic cleaning tools or a step stool.
- Pet hair removal: Excessive pet hair on upholstery is beyond our scope of cleaning.
- Exterior windows: We do not clean windows on the outside of the home.
- Mini blinds cleaning: While we can dust horizontal metal or plastic mini blinds, we do not clean them beyond dusting due to the risk of damage.
- Odour removal: We do our best, but we cannot guarantee the removal of strong odours such as mould, pet waste, or smoke. Contact Coastal Pure Air for mold, odour, allergen, and pathogen removal solutions.
- Appliance cleaning: We do not clean the inside of dishwashers or washing machines.
- Light bulbs: We do not clean light bulbs.
- Rodent/insect infestations: We cannot clean homes with active rodent or insect infestations.
- Excessive paint removal: We do not remove excess paint from surfaces.
- Post-construction cleaning: We can provide this service, but it requires an in-person quote as it falls outside of our online booking system.
- Deep carpet/floor cleaning: We do not offer services such as steam cleaning, polishing, or waxing floors.
- Heavy stains/marks on walls: We cannot remove significant marks or stains from walls, baseboards, or painted surfaces to avoid potential damage.
